Bay Ltd. is committed to building leaders who emulate our Beyond Zero culture and execute the highest standards of quality and productivity. One of our leaders in safety is Autumn Yates. Her biggest role models are strong women who empower other people to actively pursue their dreams. She is from Houston, TX and is one of our Safety Lead Supervisors. What advice do you have for women pursuing construction careers? “Being a woman in construction is more than just a job to me; it’s an active decision to pursue my dreams. I hope to be able to show other women in this industry that we are more than capable of taking on leading roles.
