2025 W-2 Update:

Friendly reminder that your W-2 will be sent to the address on your paystub. If the address on the paystub is incorrect, please call Payroll at: 361.693.2944 or ext. 1111 before Friday, January 16th, 2026. You will be instructed to leave the following information: Your name, Employee Number, Social Security Number, Current Address & Phone Number.

If you call after Friday, January 16, 2026, your W-2 will be sent to the current address and will be available online on the Global Cash Card – Wisley and HRSS websites shortly after January 31, 2026.
