Bay Ltd.’s Highway Division has been honored with the Texas Quality Asphalt Pavement Award in the Dense Graded Complexity Category at the 2025 Texas Asphalt Pavement Association Annual Meeting in San Antonio.

The award recognizes Bay Ltd.’s work on US 181 in San Patricio County, a 36,000-ton project distinguished for its smooth ride, uniform appearance, and ability to withstand heavy traffic with multiple ramps. Evaluators noted it as one of the best projects they have seen, citing the team’s precision and exceptional attention to detail.
