Position Summary
Essential Functions
• Responsible for the management of inventory, ensuring inventory counts are accurate and stored in the designated location. • Responsible for placing orders for materials and supplies, scheduling deliveries, and communicating with vendors to ensure orders are received on a timely basis. • Monitoring inventory levels, usage, and reporting trends to management. • Identify & pull material from inventory using engineering drawings. • Load and unload trucks using various forklifts. • Willing to assist other team members in other material handling functions. • Respond to emergency supply and equipment request. • Collaborate with vendors, clients, and co-workers to coordinate incoming materials and service requests to ensure quality and timely delivery. • Move requested material from manufacturing warehouse into service inventory or directly to a service workstation. • Maintain appropriate documentation and participate in process improvements and quality improvement programs. Performs other related duties as assigned. • Managing scrap materials and disposing of them in accordance with company policies and procedures. • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and policies while promoting the company’s safety culture. • Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
Education Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED • Storage Tank and Fabrication shop experience required • Basic knowledge of API 650 Storage Tanks & API 653 Repairs is Preferred • Supervisory skills • Valid Texas driver’s license & ability to pass an MVR and Background check

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to read and understand blueprints and/or fabrication drawings • Exercise discretion and independent judgement when handling day-to-day information • Excellent time-management skills to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks and responsibilities to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities • Ability to work cooperatively across all levels delivering on commitments – results oriented • Ability to complete work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure to meet department targets and deadlines • Able to work non-routine hours, when necessary • Ability and willingness to travel as required
